As my Gord and I have said "we have our boy back!" His stress level is way down, he doesn't get frustrated as easy and his self esteem is starting to rise. After going through some lessons, he would pick it up in a snap! Before, it was almost like he believed he wasn't smart enough to accomplish any of his subjects, and he was very reluctant to ask teachers for help. "They will just tell me that I should already know this" he would say. But with Cyberhigh, he has gotten the help he has needed and the results have been amazing! We got Mark's first report card a couple of days ago. Mark was very happy, (and he said shocked!) at how well he did. It was a real confidence booster... We are pleased at the quality of work that Mark is doing. He requires a lot of time to get through it, especially if there is a lot of reading or writing, and we appreciate the extra time you allow us to get the assignments in.

We read about Holy Family CyberHigh and I can say I am not sorry we signed up. We like the way the school is run. There is enough rigidity in the school because they do have deadlines for assignments and yet there is enough room to take time off if we have to or want to. I can say we really appreciate it.

I was just going over Stephen's lesson plans for the week and wanted to thank you for your clear, concise lessons. I really appreciate the examples you give of each assignment - i.e. the completed bio for the students to read. The breakdown of what you're looking for in the novel summaries is wonderful; what a terrific guideline for the kids to follow. You put an amazing amount of effort into your lessons and it is really appreciated.

It is quite interesting actually. Our daughter was struggling with the pressure of school in this area. She had a hard time coping with changes such as smoking, boy crazy friends, hair color changes, etc. I was mentioning this to a friend who is works for the School of Hope in Vermillion. He suggested some non-traditional schooling systems, and gave me all the information about a few different schools including Holy Family CyberHigh. After some prayerful consideration we chose Holy Family and we are very glad we did!
